Is Syria's president a war criminal?

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton wouldn't label Syrian President Bashar al-Assad a war criminal in an interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer Wednesday.

    ot a big fan of Ms. Clinton, but I think she did the right thing by not calling him a war criminal for political reasons. My personally believe....."If it quaks like a duck and walks like a duck..........."
