This a big problem for drivers from truck drivers, ordinary people using the cell phone to tecting. Just one second to look for the next key to push is killing Americans everyday. The federal government should abandon tecting while driving, down to the states level what so important that it can wait. The one thing the should be done have the telephone company stop providing tecting, being able to texts is really getting dangerous on the streets a couple month back a lady ran a stop sign hit my car, she told the judge the sun was in her eyes, the judge told her she driving was with the sun behind her, she was holding her cell phone and receiving one massage after another while in court.
