What is the monthly amount that needs to pay each month?
Certainly doesn't appear to be something that Republicans would be much in favor of. How on earth are the mortgagers going to make any many just collecting rent.
I say what ever it takes to make American Families secure.......I'm for it. But, American families have to be responsible for making good decisions with their money. Don't blow it all on beer and cigeretts and expect the government to clean up your mess.

Their taking the homeowner from being owner to being a tenanted, I guess it better then trowing them out on the street
The thing I see is homeowner will have a hard time understanding about loosing their home.
