What's at stake with elections in Iran?

CNN's Ivan Watson got a rare glimpse from inside of the country's capital city.

It does not matter if Iran gets a nuclear weapon. The dome of the rock is in israel. a nuclear strike against them would be suicide. They would have the entire world against them. The country would cease to exist in a matter of weeks. The same thing would happen should they attack the us. They may be militaristic and their leaders may have big mouths but they are not stupid.

At least Iran makes politics in the US look good. Politics in Iran is ,"Which Dictator Wins"! There is no real election when the opposition is imprisoned!

When Obama goes to Iran and puts sanctions on the country, their money deflates, their prices go up and their businesses suffer. So what's the difference between what he's doing in Iran and what he's doing here in American?
