    Romney may be protecting himself if, in fact, he paid zero income taxes in a particular year. For instance, if he was able to declare a Marginal Ordinary income of $67,900 or less (married filing jointly), his Long-term capital gain rate would be 0%. With some creative accounting and charitable deductions he just may have been able to pull that off.

    It's been mentioned more than once that Staples is looking at Bankruptcy. This guy Romney is sneaky but what Newts' PAC is doing is just disgusting. Ask them what they think of the Romney came to town video.
