Espionage Act of 1917 better known as 18 & 792 Title 50 of US code has been amended to what ? How is the US getting tougher on a spy in the US and espionage in the year 2011 ? They were sent home and were not placed in an American prison and why ?

The video released is a good example of the reality that you will be caught by the FBI if you're a spy in the USA. We've all watched 007 James Bond movies in the US and grew up watching Pink Panther cartoons but be a spy in the US ? Now that is cartoon material and they're caught. That's the end of that story and good bye to the red headed bomb shell Russian spy and the rest of them caught and sent out of the USA.Why didn't the US put them in jail here and why were they sent home ? Get caught being a spy in the US and they're sent him instead of being locked up in the US ? Explain the diplomatic relations of that decision and why the spy isn't locked up in jail here in the USA if caught ! Would that not make it more of an opportunity to think, don't be a spy in the US and if caught you'll be locked up in jail. They go home and become glorified stars for being a spy in the US ? Are the US laws tough enough on spies and espionage ?

I am so tired of people and the media glorifying this woman into a "sexy spy " and amplifying the fact we were asleep at the the wheel. Nice.
