Unemployment longer for older Americans

Forty percent of unemployed older Americans remain out of work for more than a year, as Athena Jones reports.

    Why? Because companies do not want older and experienced as they have to pay more for that and it cuts into the poor CEO's bonus and we can't have that,can we?
